We offer different levels of support on flexible terms that we can shape with you.
Most client engagements include some elements of the following:
- Consulting. Our professionals work with executives on an intensive but time-focused consultative basis. Approach would typically include diagnostic interviews and fact gathering and conclude with the presentation of a strategy that the client organization could then drive, such as an approach for communicating change throughout the organization via multiple channels and occasions
- Coaching. We work with individual executives and senior managers on an ongoing basis over a number of weeks or months to improve the impact of their communications, prepare for high-stakes events, and/or develop their personal presence and leadership style
- Training. We can deliver dynamic, hands-on group learning sessions to give teams new tools and approaches for strategic, effective communications. Programs can accommodate 5 to 20+ participants and can be offered in 1, 2, or 3-day formats
- Resource Partnerships. We can provide flexible capacity to support corporate communications efforts and functions. Resource partnerships include long-term project management for steady-state communications or for specific communications campaigns, or a skilled practitioner to provide editorial and writing support.
