A few examples of our work:
Tech start-up. A team of high-potential managers needed help preparing to discuss a strategic initiative with senior executives. Through coaching, we helped the team clarify the focus of their initiative, develop a clear story, create an efficient presentation, and orchestrate their discussion - enabling the team work as thought-partners to senior leadership.
Basic materials manufacturer. A group of change leaders needed to build interpersonal skills in order to carry out their roles in a performance transformation program. We designed a highly experiential day-long session to allow participants to address team dynamics and colleagues’ mindsets toward change, giving them ways to influence positively and communicate essential change themes and stories.
Professional services firm. We trained early-tenure analysts in communicating recommendations to team leaders and client executives. The program blended small-group exercises, peer-to-peer work, and individual coaching to build analytical and communication skills.
Transportation and logistics company. To build the listening and feedback skills of change leaders, we facilitated a series of interactive exercises and discussions designed to increase their readiness for performance-related conversations in the context of a continuous-improvement initiative.
Consulting firm. In one-on-one coaching sessions, a high-potential manager clarified and then worked through the communication skills required for performance in his new role. This included helping him make sense of and act on important feedback, understanding the strengths and pitfalls of his own preferred working style and increasing his ability to adapt his style.
